The Church of the Messiah presents
Mad Dash 2010

Please join a few hundred of us for a morning’s run (or walk) in the scenic Rhinebeck countryside on Labor Day, September 6, 2010. There will be 5k and 10k races and a 5k walk over rolling hills and beautiful scenery on a paved road.  There will also be mini-dashes for the kids! Refreshments are served after each race.  ALL PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT COMMUNITY OUTREACH CHARITIES.
