There are 210 parishes in the New York Diocese and we are number 51 in income. By this measure we are a wealthy church, and yet our operating budget historically runs in the red. This year we have a balanced budget for the first time in more than 25 years, due to having a part-time Rector and a reduction in our Diocesan Assessment. In order to have a full-time priest and a balanced budget, we will need to increase our income by more than 15% in 2010.

For those who already pledge, we ask that you consider increasing your pledge. For those who have not pledged in the past, please give serious consideration to pledging this year in order for us to reach our goal of having 150 pledges.
